Clypd, a Somerville-based TV advertising technology startup, has raised $19.4 millionin new investor funding with the goal of using that money in part to expand internationally.
The three-year-old company now has $31 million in total funding, with investors including European media giant RTL Group, Cambridge-based FKA Atlas, the tech-investment division of Atlas Venture, Data Point Capital, Duke University and TiVo Inc.
