What is it like to work at your company in terms of your culture?
As we continue to grow and expand the company, we want to make sure that every employee feels at home and valued. We believe that happy employees lead to a productive and successful business. We’ve built the office and teams to maximize collaboration, constant learning, transparency, and fun.
clypd is a flat organization – there are not many layers of management. There are no offices – every employee (including the founders) sit in the open office area. There is constant discussion and conversation around the office. Another example is the way our engineering team is structured. Our VP of Engineering (who was named a Timmy Award finalist for Best Technology Manager), directly manages all of our engineers, from co-ops and interns to our software engineers and data science team.
